Цель урока: совершенствовать коммуникативную компетенцию учащихся.

Ход урока:
I. Организационный момент. Приветствие. Вступительное слово учителя:
Good morning, boys and girls! I’m sure that you are full of energy and ready to have
some fun. Do you like to play? That’s very nice. You are sure to know all the words on the
topic: ”Great Britain and its people at a glance”. Games, puzzles and riddles are
waiting for you. I want to divide you into two teams. Who will be the winner today?
Who knows the material on the topic best of all?
II. Содержание урока:
Vocabulary
A. Review the words on the topic “Great Britain and its people, the British Character”
Pupils should say the words in turn. The one who says the last word gets a point for
the team.
B. Demonstrate the character traits without words. You should only act. All the rest
should guess the word.
C. Write as many words as you can about British people and Great Britain. You
should write the words beginning with each letter of the English alphabet.
